Gyachi for Yahoo Messenger Users in Fedora
Nicu has noted that Yahoo has broken support within Pidgin et all. However Gyachi seems to work just fine. Fedora users should try it out
# yum install gyachi
The UI isn’t very pretty but functional. If you want a workaround for Pidgin, check this out. The last IP works for me
Awesome!
I’m in Taiwan now – have met a couple of the LXDE developers, and I do my bit to spread the word.
I’m using CrunchBang and love the way it implements Openbox and parts of LXDE, but would like to try it on a different distro than Ubuntu. How easy would it be to duplicate the key features of CrunchBang on Fedora-LXDE?
See also this thread: LXDE & Crunchbang synergy? on the CrunchBang Linux forum. I’ll ask the LXDE folks the same question when I get a chance to sit down with them and look at CrunchBang.

I am not the LXDE maintainer in Fedora. I merely composed the spin. The best person to talk to about this would be Christoph Wickert . Free free to copy me on the discussions, sundaram AT fedoraproject.org and I will try to help.

Thanks – I’m still learning about maintainers, spins, etc.
I contacted him via http://www.christoph-wickert.de/blog/2009/06/08/lxde-status-update/#comment-27688 – I like to have the conversations in the open so anyone can follow
